Refund Policy for Tiefenrausch Bali

Thank you for your interest in our diving courses and tours at Tiefenrausch Bali. To ensure a transparent and fair process, please read the following refund policies carefully:

1. Customer Cancellations

• More than 14 days before the course start: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

• Between 14 and 7 days before the course start: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before the course start: No refund, unless there is a valid reason (e.g., medical emergency with proof).

1. Cancellations by Tiefenrausch Bali

• Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather restrictions or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses or tours.

• In this case, a full refund or rebooking will be offered at the customer’s choice.

1. No-Show Refunds

• No refunds are given for no-shows without prior cancellation.

1. Special Conditions

• For health issues preventing participation, refunds or rebookings are not possible upon presentation of a medical certificate.

• Requests must be submitted in writing via email.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after review, to the payment method used during booking.
