Formal Terms and Conditions for Tiefenrausch Bali

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the Dive center Tiefenrausch Bali and participants.

2. Registration and Contract Formation
Registration is done in writing or online. A binding contract is formed upon confirmation by the Divecenter.

3. Scope of Services
The School offers courses, workshops, and exchange programs. The specific services are detailed in the course descriptions.

4. Payment Terms
Participation fees must be paid in full before the course begins. Cancellations are only possible according to the deadlines and fees specified in the course offer.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Dive Center is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. The School is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during courses.

6. Unassailable Authority of the Management
The Center's management reserves the right to immediately exclude participants for inappropriate behavior or violations of house rules.
The decisions of the management are final and cannot be legally or otherwise challenged.

7. Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for course organization and is not shared with third parties.

8. Changes to the GTC
The Dive Center reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

9. Final Provisions
The law of Indonesia applies. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
