Refund Policy for Tiefenrausch Bali
Thank you for your interest in our diving courses and tours at Tiefenrausch Bali. To ensure a transparent and fair process, please read the following refund policies carefully:
Customer Cancellations
More than 14 days before the course start: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Between 14 and 7 days before the course start: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the course start: No refund, unless there is a valid reason (eg, medical emergency with proof).
Cancellations by Tiefenrausch Bali
Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather restrictions or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses or tours.
In this case, a full refund or rebooking will be offered at the customer's choice.
No-Show Refunds
No refunds are given for no-shows without prior cancellation.
Special Conditions
For health issues preventing participation, refunds or rebookings are not possible upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Refund Process
Requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after review, to the payment method used during booking.
